Whether your goal is weight loss, rehab or you just want to switch things up – we have a membership option for you!

All of our future members start at the same place – meeting with one of our coaches to go through our Body Blueprint as well as a strategy session where we cover your specific goals, limitations and hurdles, strengths, support structure, past injuries/health issues, etc. Basically we want to make sure we understand as much as possible about your past and current health and lifestyle situation and of course the most important piece of the puzzle their “Why”.

Most of our members come to us as referrals, so they already have a good idea of who we are and what we do.  But, for those people that finds us on the web or through word of mouth we offer these explanations:

Who WE Are – KDR Fitness is the ONLY Lifestyle Training Centric gym in the Upper Valley.  That means EVERY time you come into our gym, you are provided with a plan and a coach.  To truly change, you must adopt a lifestyle that fosters a healthy body, mind and spirit.

What WE Do – We change people’s lives!  We do this through the three components of WELLTH – community, movement and lifestyle.

Team Training

Our essential membership.

Our Team Training membership is included with all of our memberships.  We feel that to achieve the best results you need to include strength training and interval training into your weekly plan.

Who is this membership for?

This is the perfect membership for someone that:

  • Loves the group experience and work out.
  • Wants to just show up and sweat!
  • Does not have any orthopedic issues*.

*Individuals with significant health or orthopedic issues should do either Personal Training or Small Group. Clients must score a 14 or higher on their Body Blueprint to be allowed into Team Training.  Why do we do this?  Click here to learn more about our body blueprint.

Our Team Training is a high octane, ass kicking, performance based symphony of movement! You will burn fat, build strength, gain confidence, look and feel better.  Classes are fun, ever changing and full of people all working toward a goal!  Generally, these classes have 8-16 people in them.

Each workout is designed to increase your functional strength, reduce injuries, and boost your metabolism.  Our Team Training Work Out (often times called conditioning work out by our staff) is an interval based work out including high intensity and low intensity.  The work outs change on a daily basis to keep the body guessing and the mind engaged.  You will never get bored with our Team Training Work Outs!

This is THE best fat loss workout available!

Small Group Personal Coaching

Our “Total Package” membership

Our Small Group Personal Coaching membership includes our Team Training membership.  Think of our SG membership as the perfect complement to our TT membership.  They are the steak to go along with your potatoes, or the cookie to go along with your ice cream sundae!

While the Team Training work outs focus on improving your aerobic and anaerobic fitness the Small Group work outs focus on improving your body composition, strength and functional capacity.

Who is this membership for?

This is the perfect membership for someone that:

  • Wants more attention in a smaller group.
  • Wants a customized work out plan.
  • Wants to improve their body composition as quickly as possible.
  • Wants to learn proper exercise mechanics using Barbells, Kettlebells and Dumbbells.
  • Has some orthopedic issues that need to be worked around.

Looking to take your training and strength to the next level?

You need Small Group Personal Training!

You will get a customized strength training program delivered in a small group of only 4 people – allowing us to provide a higher level of customization

We will design a program for you, based on the results of your evaluation. During your training sessions, you will meet with one of our certified trainers in a small group format. In this personalized setting, you will be exposed to in-depth instruction while focusing on your specific goals.

The programs are 100% tailored to the individual – most of the benefits of Personal Training at a fraction of the cost.

This membership comes in either 5 classes per month (limited) or 12 classes per month (unlimited).

Personal Coaching

Personal Attention for that Personal Best!

This is our top level of attention and education.  Generally, people that have done personal training in the past or are interested in personal training fit into this membership option.

Who is this membership for?

This is the perfect membership for someone that:

  • Wants a 100% personalized work out.
  • Wants the absolute most education and attention during their work out.
  • Has major orthopedic issues.
  • Is coming off of Physical Therapy and looking to get “Game Ready!”.

Maybe you have been coming for a while and want to work on something specific like Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Obstacle Course Racing, or Running?

Are you coming back from an injury and need a little bit more attention?

Whatever your situation is – we will meet you where you are and help you achieve your goals!

With our Personal Coaching membership, you will get the absolute most attention possible.

This membership option is for that person that wants to learn more about fitness and nutrition, or is laser focused on a specific goal or is that person that seems to be in and out of physical therapy.

This membership option is available in either 5 sessions per month (limited) or 12 sessions per month (unlimited).

Please note –

We offer 12 month memberships and month to month memberships.  Why only 12 months memberships?

We invest a lot of time and energy in our members and we want to make sure you are as serious about your results as we are!  Plus, remember, it’s a lifestyle!  If you want to make something a lifestyle you must work on it!  A 3 month membership isn’t going to give you lasting results, you will certainly get great results in 3 months, however, in our experience if you don’t understand HOW you got the results you generally won’t be successful in keeping those results.

However, we do understand that sometimes, time is a limiting factor which is why we do offer month to month memberships for our members that are only around for a short period of time.  Our month to month memberships are our base annual membership plus $80.
