Where are you from?
I was born in Lewisburg, PA. But, I moved up to the Upper Valley from Columbus GA.
How did you get connected to KDR Fitness? I started the business with Jamie out of our garage in Enfield around 2009-ish. The name KDR (Knowledge Driven Results) came to me while I was at a fitness business seminar in California.
What has surprised you about working at KDR? My background before KDR was in Strength and Conditioning and personal training.
My favorite exercise is KB Swings. It’s a very easy exercise to learn and perform, works every muscle in your body, cranks your heart rate up in a short period of time and tones up your glutes.
Least favorite, and why? I don’t really have a “least” favorite. If I had to pick one it would be running, or step ups, or planks…or baby crawls…I guess I have a lot more least favorites then I thought! All of those fit into the category (for me anyway) of “lots of work with minimal pay out.”
