at the beginning you will bring in a pair of jeans two sizes smaller then your currently wearing.  
Every week we will take a picture of you trying those jeans on.  At the end of the 8 weeks - you will be in those jeans comfortably!

You won't work out every day, but we do want you in the gym four days per week - two days of strength training and two days of conditioning.
